Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient communication among all stakeholders (clients, advisors, and various team members)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence
  • Evaluate client accounts to prepare for initiatives that support investment advisors in their growth efforts
  • Carefully execute transactions related to investment accounts
  • Establish and maintain client files
  • Organize advisors' schedules, coordinate appointments, and prepare for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and regulations

Your Team:

NBC Financial – Wealth Management is recognized as one of the leading mutual funds brokerage firms in Canada. With nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches, you will work closely with an investment advisor to provide an exceptional client experience. Success in this role will hinge on collaboration and partnership.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in a relevant field
