Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  3. Formulate and approve policies, programs, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  4. Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's continued success.
  5. Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and integrity.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a senior retail leadership role. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
