Job Title: Sales Clerk

MADINA GROCER AND HALAL MEAT INC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services.
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers.
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
