Key Responsibilities:The Treasury Software Consultant will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, focusing on onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support for our Investment and Debt solutions.
Aquila Software Group specializes in delivering integrated solutions designed to streamline and enhance core investment, debt, and cash accounting functions for public sector organizations. Our offerings aim to improve accuracy and reliability in financial reporting while minimizing manual tasks.
Core Duties: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Treasury Software Consultant will cultivate strong relationships with clients while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our treasury product offerings. The key responsibilities include:
- Managing software implementations, including project oversight and data migrations for both new and existing clients.
- Providing technical support and resolving client issues effectively.
- Evaluating current implementation and support methodologies to identify areas for enhancement.
- Leading initiatives to document processes and frequently asked questions to optimize internal workflows.
- Delivering product webinars and training sessions to current clients.
- Supporting the sales team with proposals and demonstrations.
- Engaging with clients to ensure optimal utilization of products and collaborating across departments to enhance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or implementing financial software, with a preference for treasury software.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and/or project management, with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can manage diverse responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk/Ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training and implementations.
