Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate risk-reducing testing strategies and plans to facilitate efficient product launches.
  • Coordinate and oversee the systematic testing of products.
  • Validate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) through data collection, focusing on critical load cases and areas.
  • Collaborate with the platform team lead to secure necessary certifications and qualifications for executing test plans.
  • Maintain and manage testing tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Undertake additional specialized projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Professional Engineer or graduate in Instrumentation Engineering Technology with over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth practical knowledge of product testing and data acquisition techniques.
  • Strong mechanical background; experience operating trucks, tractors, or construction equipment is advantageous. A Class 1 Driver's license is a plus.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, eDrawings, and FEA analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to various working environments.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.

  • Development of effective testing protocols that ensure successful product launches.
  • Alignment of FEA results with real-world performance.
  • Creation of a comprehensive Design Criteria database.
  • Preparation of detailed test reports and provision of insights for product enhancements to design engineers.
