Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the team leader, the successful candidate will undertake welding responsibilities for the repair and upkeep of equipment and containers. This role may involve travel to various company locations.
- Construct steel frameworks
- Perform welding tasks: cutting, drilling, grinding
- Repair and maintain equipment and containers
- Service forklifts, bobcats, and construction machinery
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Operate forklifts as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Welding DEP or equivalent certification
- OR
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Skills:
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
Additional Details:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime compensation at time and a half after 40 hours
- Full-time, permanent employment opportunity
