Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Executing nursing duties with clinical proficiency, including accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and thorough equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, in line with company protocols.
- Effectively communicating with the healthcare team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, to manage daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Accurately documenting clinical and surgical notes.
- Providing exceptional patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently following established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Enhancing patient retention by delivering top-quality care and experiences.
- Assisting in various aspects of clinical and surgical operations.
- Maintaining professionalism and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities.
- Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current nursing license (RN, RPN, LVN, LPN) with at least two years of nursing experience.
- ACLS certification is mandatory.
- IV certification required for LVNs/LPNs.
- Experience in a plastic surgery environment is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- High energy and a strong commitment to patient care and experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
