About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Boulder Design Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable working surface.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a clean and safe working area.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer at Boulder Design Inc, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of locations, including construction sites. You will be required to work outdoors and may be exposed to noisy, dusty, and dangerous conditions.
