**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our team at CRH Canada - Cement ON. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of plant machinery and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and prevent downtime.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed Millwright Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Industrial Millwright license.
  • Ability to obtain a structural welding certificate.
  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
