About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at Willowdale Physiotherapy Services. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals in implementing treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Carry out evaluative tests and procedures under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting and walking.
