About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Railings Installer to join our team at Affinity Aluminum System Ltd. as a key member of our construction installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for railings and other construction projects.
  • Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction installation, preferably in the aluminum railing industry.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but a strong understanding of construction principles and practices is essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and working at heights.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle supplied by the employer.
