Job OverviewThis role involves supervising a team of hourly-rated employees to achieve quality and productivity objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training, maintaining time and attendance records, and ensuring equipment is properly set up.
Key Responsibilities- Promote company culture and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Supervise hourly employees and coordinate training.
- Maintain time and attendance records and ensure equipment is properly set up.
- Schedule daily line production to meet customer demand.
- Ensure 5S standards are enforced and establish a team for continuous improvement.
- Assist in Job Task Analysis and Hazard Identification.
- Perform daily unplanned inspections and ensure documentation.
- Manage employee development plans and performance reviews.
- Communicate through line/department meetings and collect business center data.
- Ensure confidentiality of company personnel data.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Health and Safety measurable.
