Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Ellalyn Guiyab. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including preparing and serving nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods and supervise and care for them
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, and tend to their emotional well-being
  • Help children with homework and provide a supportive and nurturing environment
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a nanny or childcare role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions:
  • Non-smoking and scent-free environment
  • Employer's home, with occasional travel
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate family needs
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the household, and proficiency in English is required.
