We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic services at DZ Foot Reflexology and Body Massage Spa. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate may be necessary.
- Experience in a day spa or spa setting is advantageous.
- Administer a variety of massage techniques including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation methods, hydrotherapy, and trigger point therapy.
- Utilize finger and hand pressure on specific body points to alleviate discomfort.
- Conduct assessments through range of motion and muscle tests to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding procedures, potential risks, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
- Perform massage and kneading of muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation and healing.
- Ability to perform manual dexterity tasks.
- Must be physically capable of handling demanding work.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
- Strong client-focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal awareness and ethical standards.
- Job Type: Permanent position.
