About the Role:
Lafarge Construction, a leading provider of construction solutions, is seeking a skilled Asphalt Raker Person to join our team. As a key member of our asphalt division, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Rake asphalt to ensure proper drainage and aesthetics.
- Perform minor maintenance on trucks and equipment.
- Identify and repair imperfections in the asphalt mat.
- Clean up work sites and perform other labor duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Experience with grade checking is an asset.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge of construction principles is beneficial.
- Ability to operate other paving equipment is a plus.
