Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator - Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content, that effectively communicate our company's value proposition and services.
  • Public Relations and Communications: Publicize our company's activities, workshops, meetings, and events to raise awareness and generate interest among our target audience.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential clients and partners regarding business development opportunities and provide expert advice on marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials that showcase our company's expertise and services.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions that align with our marketing objectives and enhance our company's reputation.
  • Market Research: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gain insights into our target market and inform our marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Portfolio: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials that demonstrate our company's capabilities and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar field, preferably in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
