Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Range Autos Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting Systems: Ensure the efficient operation of our accounting systems, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into our financial performance.
  • Payroll and Bill Payments: Process payroll and bill payments, including calculating and preparing cheques for payrolls and utility, tax, and other bills.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required, and a college program in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and proficiency in accounting software and systems.
