Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources effectively to implement company policies and initiatives.
- Authorize the creation of key departments and senior staff roles.
- Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
- Set organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions.
- Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Oversee hiring and management of staff.
You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
