Key Responsibilities- Crop Management: Assist in the cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting of crops, including cleaning, pruning, and preparing the soil for planting.
- Field Maintenance: Clear fields of debris, wood, and stones, and level the earth to fine grade specifications.
- Harvesting: Assist in the harvesting of crops, including hand harvesting vegetables and examining products for quality and readiness for market.
- Quality Control: Examine products for quality and its readiness for the market.
- Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, including removing manually all suckers and water sprouts.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
