Key Responsibilities:


• Address urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and respond to technical inquiries from clients.

• Develop engineering solutions to facilitate repair processes and manage drawing modifications.

• Offer technical and engineering assistance to clients, maintenance teams, service centers, and various Bombardier divisions.

• Conduct thorough investigations into service-related issues, identify root causes, and create effective, innovative resolutions.

• Utilize sound judgment to assess the impact of proposed solutions and adapt strategies to ensure the safe and timely return of aircraft to service, meeting customer expectations.

• Collaborate with other departments, service facilities, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide around-the-clock engineering and technical support to our clientele.

• This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:


• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in engineering focused on aircraft structures or mechanical systems is essential.

• Familiarity with both metallic and composite structures is advantageous.

• Ability to learn quickly, thrive under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (2D or 3D) and MS Office is necessary.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while demonstrating innovation, professionalism, and dedication.

• A collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleagues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are required.
