Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement sales strategies for assigned product categories.
  2. Achieve profitability targets while establishing competitive pricing structures.
  3. Facilitate effective communication and coordination of sales and merchandising initiatives with the sales team.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to launch and execute dealer action plans.
  5. Identify dealer requirements and challenges, taking appropriate measures to address them.

  8. Continuously monitor category performance and adjust strategies to meet sales objectives.

  11. Assist in organizing and participating in external commercial events.
  12. Contribute to the launch strategies of new products in collaboration with other business units.
  13. Support the development and enhancement of dealer tools.
  14. Conduct regular visits to dealers and competitors to stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities.
  15. Ensure product assortments align with dealer needs.
  16. Effectively communicate merchandising plans to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of the retail landscape.
  4. Demonstrated business acumen.
  5. Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  7. Comprehensive knowledge of market trends and consumer demands relevant to the assigned categories.
