Position Overview

Bruyère Continuing Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our clinical team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with assessment, interventions, and treatment plans for persons with dysphagia and neurogenic communication disorder
  • Knowledge and experience with Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC)
