About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Sigan Industries Group Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to precise tolerances
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of precision measuring instruments
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with initiative and flexibility
