We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Specialist to join our team at Manulife. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to monitor and report on information and technology risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on information and technology risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Design and implement data analytics and reporting tools to support risk management and decision-making.
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units and functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Business, Risk Management, Auditing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a controls, information and technology risk, data, or risk position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, data metrics design, and development, and reporting for information risk functions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,750.00 USD - $159,250.00 USD, depending on location and experience.
