Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2727544 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Direct and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that sales are maximized.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Store Operations
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, with a focus on visual merchandising and store displays.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales performance.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Language Support
