Property Caretaker

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Perform adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Coordinate with tradespeople for significant repairs
• Manage property listings and vacancies
• Engage contractors for maintenance and repair tasks
• Conduct safety and security inspections
• Show properties to prospective tenants
• Oversee the work of other maintenance staff
• Assist in relocating heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Carry out routine maintenance duties such as painting and drywall repairs

• Work environment: Rural setting
• Proficient in using power tools
• Physical demands: Physically challenging, working under pressure, handling heavy loads
