Requirements:
  • Completion of secondary education
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in security management
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of security personnel
  • Assess and maintain quality and efficiency of security operations
  • Compile and present progress reports; manage supply inventory
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to enhance productivity
  • Conduct training for staff on safety protocols and job responsibilities
