Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of operations
  • Plan and coordinate the logistical aspects of the organization
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes
  • Ensure the effective operation of machinery and computer systems
  • Address work-related issues, providing expert advice and suggestions for enhancing productivity and quality
  • Facilitate training programs for team members
  • Assign, review, and manage work activities
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
Work Environment
