About the Role

The Richmond School District #38 is seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the position of On-Call and Permanent Noon Hour Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during the lunch break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students in school buildings and grounds during the lunch break
  • Assist in the office or school library as needed
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supervising groups of elementary school-aged children
  • Ability to work with adolescents and maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • First aid and other related training (such as conflict resolution or non-violent crisis intervention) is considered an asset
