About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays
  • Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
  • Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
  • Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
  • Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalence
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Prior merchandising or customer service experience (an asset)
  • Previous grocery store experience (an asset)
