Alteo is seeking a highly skilled Python Back-End Developer for a long-term position.

As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and testing robust Python-based web applications utilizing the Django Framework.

  • Lead Development Efforts: Take ownership of the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Python web applications within the Django ecosystem.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • AI Integration: Contribute to the development of an exciting AI-driven data center scheduling application, pushing the boundaries of technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Showcase a minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with the Django Framework.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Django REST Framework (DRF), Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, and React is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude with a dedicated work ethic.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
