About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NPD Project Leader in the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with the NPD Project Leader to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve product development processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including design of experiments, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
