We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Premium Grill N Butcher. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and prepare meat products to meet customer specifications
- Provide expert advice on meat selection and preparation
- Ensure that all meat products are handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience in a retail meat environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads
