Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience required.

Work is to be conducted at the designated location; remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, personnel, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
  • Authorize and organize the formation of key departments and senior staff roles
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or appoint representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or official engagements
  • Select middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions
Supervision
  • Responsible for overseeing 16-20 staff members
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite
  • Experienced with MS Outlook
  • Skilled in MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in MS Windows
  • Proficient in MS Word
Travel Requirements
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Regular travel is expected
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the employer
