Job Summary

Capstone Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the finance and operations department, ensuring effective management of financial resources and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and financial oversight across various departments, including finance, HR, IT, legal, and sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects and resources effectively.
  • Location: Langley, BC (hybrid/in-office)
