Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Lumberjacks Restaurant is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
