About the Role

CROWN FENCE & RAILING INC. is seeking a skilled Railings Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including railings, fences, and other related structures.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 33 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors and in various locations, including installation sites and company facilities. The work environment is physically demanding, and attention to detail is essential.
