Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
