- Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and implement plans to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in business operations, employee relations, and customer service.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid unrestricted license with full driving privileges in the province of issue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-related post-secondary education.
- Experience with SPIRA or similar software.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
