Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including inventory control and pricing strategies
- Implement price and credits policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet staffing requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on staff management and customer service
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple locations and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and other physical demands
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software, word processing software, database software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet software
- Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check and credit check
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
