Job Description

Objective:

The Country Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in providing management reporting, financial analysis, and decision support to drive business growth and maximize results within the country/markets. This position works closely with the FP&A Manager to improve understanding of key business drivers and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize financial performance
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. A strong understanding of financial principles and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
