Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at King George Furniture Liquidation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Sell products over established routes and manage sales transactions.
  • Prepare, package, and restock goods, as well as load and unload merchandise.
  • Sort packages for delivery and ensure efficient route planning.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance and safety.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
