About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. As a key member of our Data & Analytics function, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing machine learning systems that drive business growth and player engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance player experiences.
  2. Design and maintain scalable ML infrastructure to support global-scale production systems.
  3. Develop and implement ML pipelines for automating and accelerating ML deployment tasks.
  4. Build end-to-end ML lifecycle management processes, including data extraction, model training, and deployment.
  5. Implement robust software best practices to ensure high-quality code and efficient operations.
  6. Monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models in production.
  7. Contribute to the development of best practices for our MLOps strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  2. Experience as an MLOps Engineer or similar role in Machine Learning.
  3. Understanding of cloud computing, data management, and machine learning algorithms.
  4. Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  5. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  6. Experience with infrastructure automation technologies.
  7. Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.
  8. Understanding of data analysis workflows and machine learning model lifecycle.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time, sick leave, and extended health/dental/vision coverage.
