Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Leduc-Nisku store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and developing a team of tire technicians and front counter team members, while maintaining a safety-first culture and fostering an efficient and profitable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of tire technicians and front counter team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
- Recruit, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent while championing customer-first priorities.
- Lead by example, following safety protocols and prioritizing the welfare of your team and customers.
Requirements:
- A valid Driver's License.
- A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training.
- Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Foster a culture of positivity and growth where everyone feels encouraged to thrive.
