Role Summary:We are in search of a skilled Lead .NET Software Engineer who is passionate about tackling complex challenges and exploring the intersection of payroll and technology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of sophisticated software systems utilizing the .NET framework. With a minimum of 5-7 years of software development experience and a strong foundation in .NET technologies, you will work closely with fellow developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional software applications that surpass client expectations.

- Proven expertise in .NET technologies with 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and collections.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
