Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Plant Labourer to join our team at the West Paris site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to aggregate production, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment by promoting a safety culture and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate mobile equipment and perform pre-operational checks as trained and directed.
  • Assist in repairing broken or malfunctioning equipment and perform daily inspections as part of our preventative maintenance program.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
Requirements
  • Canadian secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Industrial/Mining plant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Heavy equipment operation and basic welding and fitting skills are assets.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions. You will be required to work rotating shifts, including afternoons and days, with overtime and weekends as needed.
