About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time School Custodian at Rosemary School. As a member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining washrooms, meeting rooms, offices, locker rooms, and gyms.
  • Replenish lavatory supplies, remove trash, and empty waste baskets.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and buff floors.
  • Clean windows, walls, and light fixtures.
  • Dust and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the custodial field is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to read chemical labels and follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and pushing.
  • Ability to work in a crowded and loud environment.
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a responsible and respectful manner.
