As a Customer Service Cashier at Sardis Bottle Depot, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers while managing transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Transaction Management: Operate the cash register and handle payments including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
- Product Handling: Scan items accurately and ensure proper stock levels by restocking shelves and maintaining a clean counter area.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with their inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Payment Reconciliation: Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile them with total sales.
- Additional Duties: Wrap or place merchandise in bags, weigh produce and bulk foods, and verify the age of customers for age-restricted products.
No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
