WHITE CABS LTD is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee our team of taxi drivers and private chauffeurs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage the daily activities of our taxi drivers and private chauffeurs, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and any changes.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help our drivers improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Dispatch and Monitoring: Coordinate the dispatch of our vehicles, monitor routes, and ensure our drivers are following company policies and procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure our drivers are aware of and follow all health and safety regulations, including those related to passenger safety and vehicle maintenance.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and disciplinary measures, to ensure our team is performing at its best.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
