About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team at Greatland Farms LTD. as a key member of our farm operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Agricultural Services: Ensure the efficient and effective provision of agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervise Farm Workers: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Maintain Farm Safety: Ensure that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times to protect the health and well-being of our team members and the quality of our produce.
  • Quality Control and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control and production records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Livestock and Crop Management: Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, as well as growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal yields and quality.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and detailed work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of our farm.
